Individuals wishing to register for the 8th Annual Kansas Workforce Summit to be held January 21-22, 2009, can do so by mailing their registration form along with payment to the below address.

An early registration fee of $189 is available until November 14, 2008.  Registrations received/postmarked after that time will be subject to the standard $209 registration fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  Cancellations received by 12/31/08 entitled to a full refund.  Cancellations received 1/1/2009-1/9/2009 entitled to a 50% refund.  No refunds after 1/9/2009.  All refunds subject to a $25 processing fee.
